Early Years September 2027
For Early Years September 2027 you will need to register and apply via the KCC website:
Primary school places - Kent County Council
Applications can be made between 6th November 2026 and 15th January 2027. Offers of places will be emailed to parents on 16th April 2027.
If your child is due to start primary school in September 2027, you can appeal if you are refused a place at one of your preferred schools on National Offer Day (16th April 2027). You must submit your appeal before Monday 17th May 2027 for it to be considered. Any appeals received after this time will be heard within 40 school days from the deadline, or where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 school days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged where reasonably possible in line with updated guidance from the Department for Education.
From September 2026, EYFS will have a PAN (pupil admission number) of 30 pupils. As these cohorts move through the school, all year groups will progressively reduce to a maximum of 30 pupils, with future intakes also capped at 30.

In Year Admission Appeals
In the event of an in year admission place not being able to be provided, due to the year group being full, you may wish to appeal the decision. In this instance you would need to complete the Appeal Form below and email to the school office. KCC would then be in touch with a date for the hearing - please see FAQs below.
