We are pleased to be able to offer Wrap Around Care at St Mark’s from 7:45 am until 6pm.

Places need to be requested via the school office.  Once we receive notification of which days you require you will be sent up on the booking system on Arbor.  We ask that you book a full term in advance in line with other After School Club providers in the area.

Please note, due to the lengthening of the school day, we will not be increasing the prices for Wrap Around Care for the academic year September 2024 to July 2025, however the start time of Breakfast Club will continue to be 07:45 and the pick up times for After School Club will be 16:15 and 18:00.

Breakfast Club - £5.50

We offer a Breakfast Club from 7:45 am during term time.

We offer a healthy breakfast option including cereals, milk, fruit juices, toast and various spreads.

The cost is £5.50 per day.

Breakfast will be served until 8:15 am to give children enough time to eat before going to class.

Access to Breakfast Club is via Saunders Road gate and across the KS2 playground.  Please walk with your children to the Breakfast Club door and hand them over to staff.  Younger children (EYFS and KS1) are then taken to their class by a member of staff and KS2 children are released to walk to their classrooms.

After School Club - £7.00/£10.00/£17.00

We offer an After School Club every day from 3:15 pm for the following sessions:

3:15 pm until collection up to 4:15pm (£7.00)

4:15 pm (after another extra -curricular activity in school) until collection up to 6pm (£10.00)

3:15 pm until collection up to 6 pm (£17:00)

Children will be collected from their classes by a member of staff at the end of the day.  Collection by parents should be via the Saunders Road gate and across the KS2 playground.

• Late pickups will incur a fine

If you are late to collect your child from the 4:15 pm session you will be charged the later session fee of £10:00

If you are late to pick up your child after 6pm then you will be charged £15:00 per 15 minutes.  Time is rounded up to the next 15 minute increment, with a minimum charge of £15:00

• For both Breakfast Club and After School Club, sessions must be booked in advance on Arbor.  If bookings are not received for the days you have requested, we reserve the right to offer your child’s place to another if a waiting list is in operation.

• Unfortunately, there are no refunds if your child is sick or not attending.
